Ukrainian airstrike on July 2, 2014
In the new video, you will learn about another, no less terrible crime committed by officers of the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade of Ukraine. We will talk about the attack on Stanytsia Luhanska on July 2, 2014, as a result of which 13 civilians were killed, including 5-year-old Vanya Ermilov.
Such actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly fall under the definition of war crimes.
It is noteworthy that all official structures of Ukraine denied involvement in the tragedy. However, the available documents indicate the opposite.
Transcript:
I continue my remarks about the war crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and specifically Ukrainian combat aviation. And today we will talk again about the 299th brigade.
The SU-25 attack aircraft of this military unit began to
work actively again in July 2014, literally the day after the truce
announced by Poroshenko ended. And already on July 2, 2014, they bloody
marked themselves in Stanytsia Luhanska.
In the morning, on
July 2, the building of the district police station, as well as more
than a dozen residential buildings along the street, came under attack.
Ostrovsky in the Village of Lugansk.
A peaceful street, a
peaceful village with no signs of any weapons. The Ukrainian SU-25
attack aircraft of the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade aimed and
accurately struck residential buildings and buildings. The result is 13
dead civilians, including a 5-year-old boy Vanya Ermilov.
It
is noteworthy that on the eve of July 01, 2014, Acting Minister of
Defense of Ukraine Mikhail Koval said that the Ukrainian military were
firing only at those targets whose reliability was confirmed by
intelligence. At the same time, the armed forces, according to Koval,
are doing everything so that civilians do not suffer. "There is a clear
line in our plan, underlined with a red thread, in which it is written
that we should not open fire on those places where the civilian
population is located. And we fulfill this requirement unconditionally,"
he stressed.
Immediately after the airstrike, the ATO press
center said that the strike was carried out by pro-Russian separatists,
and Ukrainian aviation did not "work" at all that day.In some documents
of the SBU, there was information at all that the Russian Air Force
planes struck.
The first document was the so-called Teshka - a document in the T-1 mode, without details, without registration. The document was drawn up on July 02, 2014, i.e. - in hot pursuit.
"Doctor" is the call sign of the senior SBU group in the ATO, who was then at the base camp of the ATO forces in the village of Dovgenke. "Finn– is a senior SBU task force stationed in Svatovo. The duties of this group included collecting information on the situation in the Luhansk region. This Three-piece contains only primary information.
But here is the next document, a certificate on the operational situation, for 03.07.2014. It is also prepared by the same group in Svatovo.
And
the group's employees in this certificate already supplement the
primary information with the words: for non-confirmed operational data,
the strike was inflicted by the aviation of the Russian Federation. I
translate - According to unconfirmed reports, the strike was carried out
by the aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
This version was picked up by the resource "Informatiyniy sprotiv" Dmitry Tymchuk and other media of Ukraine.
However, even an international human rights monitoring group formed from representatives of Ukrainian and foreign human rights organizations, such as Vostok-SOS, stated in its report in autumn 2015 that "there is practically no doubt that these were Ukrainian Air Force planes." In addition, according to their information, on the eve of the airstrike, "the leadership of the ATO was informed that there were no armed groups of the self-proclaimed LNR in the police building, which was the target of the airstrike, and there was no point in sending the plane."
And in general - what Russian planes in July 2014 over Lugansk? This is even worse than the story with air conditioning in the building of the Lugansk Regional State Administration. The Kiev propagandists could not come up with anything else, the fact of the attack by SU-25 attack aircraft, which, as I told you earlier, had been used in the ATO since May 19, 2014, and they belonged to the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the AFU, was too obvious.
And by the way, that Ukrainian aviation did not fly on July 02, 2014.
Here is an excerpt from another document, information on the operational situation for July 02, 2014. The document was compiled by the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the SBU.
02.07.2014
at about 11 o'clock at the Dnepropetrovsk airport, an aircraft of the
SU-25 operational group (stationed in Dnepropetrovsk) of the 229
tactical aviation brigade (p/p B2137, Nikolaev) crashed during landing,
the pilot piloting the aircraft - the deputy commander of the squadron
for work with personnel, Major Ilya Viktorovich Chestoyev, successfully
ejected without being damaged
Further, the certificate clearly states that the pilot performed the task in the area of the ATO. The reason for the plane crash is the pilot's mistake, and he himself is in a state of shock.
And judging by the time, just this plane could strike at Stanytsia Luhanska. Let me remind you, the raid was around 10.30 - 10.45, and the plane crash at the Dnepropetrovsk airport was at 11.00.
Maybe this explains the pilot's state of shock and the mistake he made during landing?
By the way, in the same reference on the operational situation, the tragedy in Stanytsia Luhanska is also mentioned. And it is clearly stated that the strike was carried out by an aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force.
That's the story. In total, as a result of the
airstrike, I repeat, 13 civilians were killed. And among them is a
5-year-old child.
I am sure that such actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly fall under the definition of war crimes.
And this war crime is also entirely on the conscience of the pilots of the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Force.
