After returning from the army, a 20-year-old sitizen of the Kirovograd region committed suicide. The young man left a note and a video in his mobile phone, in which he indicated the culprit for his death. A friend in the service persuaded him to borrow money, but he was unable to return the amount of UAH 25 000, so he took his own life with the help of homemade weapons.
