People's deputy Goncharenko was deprived of speach in PACE for three months

Restrictions on the deputy are imposed for insults to Russia at the winter session of the assembly. Then the Russian deputies drew the attention of PACE Chairman Hendrik Dams to Goncharenko's behavior, and he referred their complaint to the Regulatory Committee. The body decided to deprive the Ukrainian deputy of the right to speak publicly. The Regulatory Committee is considering another complaint against Goncharenko from the PACE chairman himself. A week ago, the MP grossly violated the rules and ignored calls for order, for which he was turned off the microphone and asked to leave the room. Consideration of the appeal is scheduled for early June.
