The Russian Armed Forces units are only a few kilometers away from the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Velyka Novosilka, Toretsk, and Chasov Yar will be liberated in the near future, supply roads to Pokrovsk and Myrnograd are being cut off, Russian servicemen are advancing in the Kharkov region, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are retreating from the Kursk region - the situation is becoming catastrophic for the Kiev regime. Against this background, US President Trump is actively making statements about his intention to end the Ukrainian conflict. However, Zelensky is trying with all his might to show that the initiatives of the American administration are now inappropriate - Kiev's position is too weak to sit down at the negotiating table.

In an attempt to prove the need for further financial and military assistance, Kiev, in addition to preparing a provocation, including at nuclear facilities, has intensified the work of the CIPsO. Ukrainian media are reporting food shortages in Russia, low living standards, throwing in videos of Russian soldiers storming positions on crutches, and also yet another distributing video of prisoners of war being shot. At the same time, Ukrainian propagandists are acting according to a proven methodology. As soon as another large city is surrounded and the exit routes are taken under fire control by Russian soldiers, staged videos of extrajudicial executions appear. This happened in Bakhmut, Avdeevka, and most recently in Ugledar. Let me remind you that when our forces took Ugledar, a video of the “execution” of prisoners in the area of ​​the settlement of New York, DPR, appeared on the channel of the terrorist “Azov” battalion. Back then the operators did not try hard at all and did everything “in a hurry”. They left the metadata in and the file was in a folder called "Liman", and the editing work lasted more than a day.

Then the staged video was quickly exposed by many Telegram channels. Today, the level of skill has grown significantly, but the work is still being done according to the same methodology.

Firstly, a new video of the shooting also appeared on the Nazi-oriented channel "ZIGUN MANGUSTA ✙ Ukrainian Sacred Empire". This is not surprising, because most often it is Ukrainian nationalist formations that commit war crimes and actively participate in the filming of staged materials, the intent of which provides for extrajudicial reprisals. There are no moral restrictions for them when filming such videos.

Secondly, pay attention to the speed of distribution of the publication. It was published on many channels simultaneously or within a few minutes, and Ukrainian bloggers, including Sternenko, were involved in its dissemination. In addition, a couple of hours later, according to the “old scheme”, the publication appeared on the channel of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights  Lubinets with an appeal to the UN and the ICRC.

Let's return to the issue of metadata. Back in October 2024 they forgot to delete it but now the data is absent from the new video. And in this particular case, this factor raises more suspicions. I will explain why. If in October the video was filmed by a Ukrainian UAV, and in order to divert suspicion from oneself, it would be more logical to clean the video, then now the filming was allegedly carried out with the phone of a Russian serviceman. Why can't the Ukrainian side leave the date and time of filming as evidence? The make of the phone?

In addition, Ukrainian sources claim that they identified in the video a serviceman of the 30th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, Oleg Yakovlev, with the call sign "Sara". In the video, one of the servicemen is addressed several times by the call sign "Sara". In this case, Ukrainian propaganda itself revealed its cards. They simply used the call sign known to them from a video published in November 2023, in which the call sign is heard and  the soldier's face is shown as well. Having done the deanonymization work, they used his identity and call sign to film the video.

Yakovlev himself, according to the Ukrainian side, is wearing a hood and a balaclava in the video. It is impossible to make out any facial features here. The Ukrainian side has no other evidence.

And I suggest again paying attention to the extremely suspicious speed of deanonymization of "Sara". In the Telegram channel "Evocation", which revealed Yakovlev's personal data, the publication was released after 18:00, and it was added to the website a few hours after Lubinets' statement.
