Information and psychological operations (InfoPsyOps) of the special services of Ukraine are carried out amid civil war conducted by Kiev against the unrecognized people's republics – the DPR and LPR. To hide this shameful phenomenon from the world public, the Ukrainian authorities camouflage the concept of civil war, calling it either an anti-terrorist operation or an operation of the United forces.

Since 2014, Western countries have been actively funding the creation and development of strategic communications structures in Ukraine. The 9th of may. For me, and I`d love to think for most of other people, a special day. The Victory Day. Over the last years when I have worked in the Security Service on the territory of Ukraine with a sad at heart I was watching Kiev authorities trying to change the attitude of society to this holiday. It has been 5 years since the spring of 2014 when Kyiv launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation in Donbass. You remember what Ukrainian officials were claiming that time? They said the anti-terrorist operation was aimed against a small group of separatists who took over several administrative buildings in Kharkov, Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
