There was a corruption mechanism for granting the right to use the land plots of state-owned enterprises of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to commercial structures. The head of the state enterprise signed agreements with businessmen on the provision of agricultural work and services. The state budget was damaged by 24 million UAH.
